Hi, I'm Holly!

     Online Fitness Coach

Hey Friends!

Welcome to my Fitness Page! I hope you find what you are looking for in this community-- here is a little about myself. :) 

 

I'm a mother to two little boys, Lincoln, 6 and Hudson now 4. I have worked my whole life until I became pregnant with my second- so mom life is my life! ha! 

I have always stayed active with sports, the gym and just having fun my whole life about. It's in my blood most people would say. <3 (Played all types of sports since I was 5!). 

 

I absolutely love knowing I can make even the slightest change in someones life a positive one. Giving birth to two little kiddos in less than three years, I struggled physically, mentally, and emotionally.  This also is why I decided to open up what I love, and help people get out of their minds and put their emotions on the table and make a difference with them!

My Method to Changing your life and mindset.

Working out has been a passion of mine for quite some time now.. I have trained and helped many people promote a healthy lifestyle in the gym & in the comfort of their own home!

 

I decided to take charge and finally start helping others feel healthy and more confident in their own skin! Covid was and has been hard on a lot of us, especially mentally so I decided to open this online program specifically for motivation and our online community. We are all about positivity, change, and learning to take charge of our faults. Turning salt into sugar. :)

I’ve had two boys (crazy boys) in the less than 2 years apart and I found it very challenging to find something for myself. I found myself struggling physically, mentally and emotionally. Thankfully, I have a very encouraging husband and he reminded me that “You need YOU time!”. I started working out again, helping other people make a lifestyle where health and fitness is a part of their everyday life and routine.

So, if you are a mom or maybe your not-- and you too are struggling to get back to feeling like yourself and/or you just want to try something new because YOU NEED IT and your serious about wanting to make a change, please message me!
